Most BATCure partners attended this high-scale event and contributed with different oral and poster communications related to the project. Prof. Sara Mole was also part of the Organizing Committee.

Dr. Russell attended this event and had the opportunity to present a poster on BATCure entitled "In vivo drug discovery identifies a compound that reduces seizure-like activity in the zebrafish model of CLN2 disease".

As a representative of BATCure, Angela Schulz (UKE) gave a presentation entitled "Understanding the medical challenge". This event was organised under the auspices of the European Parliament.

On behalf of BATCure, partner BDFA attended the ECRD 2016, a great opportunity to disseminate our project and network with other experts in the field of Batten Disease.

As the coordinator of BATCure, Prof. Sara Mole attended the EU Re(ACT), in which she had the opportunity to present the project to the rest of delegates.
